Yesterday in London, steadfast blonde Dakota Fanning embraced the most Coachella-friendly trend of the moment: fringe. The starlet attended the premiere of Effie Gray — a historical drama in which she stars as the teen bride of John Ruskin — wearing a very bright, red suede dress with an ankle-length skirt that looked like it had gone through a paper shredder. She finished off the look — from Valentino’s Frida Kahlo–inspired resort 2015 collection — with a matching red lip and Valentino “Rockstud” pumps.
