Yesterday, Kate Middleton attended an awards night for wildlife photography and quietly rebelled against the queen’s previously reported no-knees-shall-be-seen decree. The duchess showed up at the London Museum of Natural History wearing a baby-blue Jenny Packham gown featuring a cleverly draped, robelike overlay. The skirt parted ever so elegantly as she walked, revealing a business-length underskirt and cream-colored L.K. Bennett peep-toed pumps.
