It’s been a roller-coaster year for Matthieu Blazy. After he was unmasked by Suzy Menkes as the designer of Margiela, the 30-year-old was replaced by the no-masks-necessary figure that is John Galliano. Today, Women’s Wear Daily reports that he has now joined the house of Céline in a design capacity, working under Phoebe Philo (though his exact title is not specified). We’ve reached out to Céline for a comment and will update this when we hear back.
