Not one to be easily outdone when it comes to polarizing fashions or Free the Nipple politics, Cara Delevingne took last night as an opportunity to get in on those sparkly Tom Ford nipple pasties that have been floating around for the past few months. After graciously accepting her Model of the Year award at last night’s British Fashion Awards — while wearing a sleek, Swarovski-covered Burberry evening gown — Cara celebrated her big win by changing into a metallic party dress featuring tufts of confetti in lieu of a bra. Similarly festive boob-coverings, from Tom Ford’s spring 2015 collection, have previously made appearances on Rihanna and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
