Last night, Kim and Kanye took a break from their tightly scheduled Fashion Week appearances to enjoy a romantic dinner at Mr. Chow in London. For the occasion, Kanye changed out of his showgoing uniform, swapping his favorite red velvet hoodie for a black velvet turtleneck. A perennial fan of matching her outfits to her companions’, Kim also opted for a neck-swathing garment — hers was a familiar-looking pink latex Atsuko Kudo dress.
