Last night, Ciara showed up at the White House. The occasion was the State Dinner honoring Japan’s prime minister Shinzo Abe, as well as her first public date with Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson. She wore a Champagne-colored, super-slinky gown by Walter Mendez, and looked very, very good.
