Kylie Jenner and her friend, the singer Pia Mia, went shopping in West Hollywood yesterday, stopping for lunch at an Italian restaurant. Jenner wore a cream-colored sleeveless blazer with a slit up the back that was long enough to reach the ankle straps of her heels. She styled the extra-long suiting with a white T-shirt tucked into ripped jeans and a green- and white-striped Céline bag with a fur-pouf key chain. We knew she believed in chemtrails, but apparently she believes in coattails, too.
