Kate Middleton showed she can master two sports without having to dress down. On the first day of their visit to India, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge stopped by Mumbai’s Oval Maidan cricket grounds to play ball with Indian cricket star Sachin Tendulkar. Kate batted and pitched, all while wearing a dress by Mumbai designer Anita Dongre, and a pair of wedge heels.
She also played a little bit of soccer (or football, if you insist on being British), again in the wedges. Let’s see Cristiano Ronaldo do that.
