Billy Ray Cyrus might have spilled the beans about his daughter Miley’s nuptials to Liam Hemsworth, or else he’s just so stoked she’s wearing a white dress for some reason or another that he had to share a photo on social media. The country singer posted a pic on Instagram of the “Wrecking Ball” chanteuse in a boho-chic white frock that could double as a wedding dress. “I’m so happy…you are happy @mileycyrus,” he wrote.
