When Rihanna joined forces with LVMH — home of Dior, Givenchy, Celine, and Louis Vuitton — to launch Fenty, her very own fashion brand, she had a few simple goals: Make history, and redefine luxury. When you’re Rihanna, that doesn’t seem impossible.
With no formal training, the singer may be expanding the definition of “designer,” but her personal style is so strong that each Fenty “drop” thus far has distinctly embodied her specific Bad Gal DNA, from oversize suits to sharp stiletto heels. (Portable wine glasses TBD.) These pearls, which are a throwback to her Paris fashion week debut with Puma in 2016, are no exception. They’re meant to be worn snaking around your arm with a going-out top and some sneakers. Whatever you do, just don’t wear them around your neck.
