Yesterday Marc Jacobs shoppers thought they got very lucky. They got their hands on free and extremely discounted bags. The purses were listed at full price, but once they were added to the cart a 100 percent discount was applied, making the bags … free. According to the Wall Street Journal, the site crashed several times, but customers were still able to check out successfully. Customers excitedly received confirmations. That was until they received cancellation emails after the brand noticed the error and canceled all incorrect pricing orders.
Of course, everyone went to Twitter to hilariously joke and react about the website glitch.
