I have good news and bad news. Would you like the bad news first? It sounds like Pete Davidson will not be making an appearance on Hulu’s forthcoming Kardashian show. Disappointing, I know. Kim has been on his little show. So, why can’t he be on hers, hmmm?
In a new interview with Variety, Kim Kardashian said that the two have not filmed together for The Kardashians, which premieres on April 15. “I’m not opposed to it,” she said. “It’s just not what he does.” She added that “if there was an event happening and he was there, he wouldn’t tell the cameras to get away” and teased that “something really exciting” might be coming for next season. Too vague! Either promise me a scene where Kris shows Pete her dish room or say nothing at all.
The Variety interview marks the first time Kim has publicly talked about Pete since the two were first rumored to be dating last November. (Pete also recently called Kim his “girlfriend” … kind of.) Kim said that her family’s new series will show how she and Pete started dating as well as “who reached out to who and how it happened and all the details that everyone wants to know.” She added, “I definitely explain it.” Ah yes, the classic part of every relationship where you have to explain why the two of you are even together. Also, this is not even the good news that I mentioned earlier.
The actual good news is that there are so many buck-wild quotes from the Kardashians’ Variety interview, you will forget all about Pete probably not appearing on their new show.
First, Variety describes Khloé as the “fun-loving daughter,” which feels like an insult, but I can’t quite figure out why. Kim offers advice for “women in business”: “Get your fucking ass up and work.” Okay! Then, when asked what she thinks of people who say the Kardashians are just famous for being famous, Kim responds, “Who gives a fuck,” later adding, “with all respect and with love, I’m not, like, being a bitch.” Kris Jenner nonchalantly quotes her own meme, encouraging Khloé during a photo shoot by saying, “You’re doing amazing, sweetie.” Also, Kendall Jenner mentions the “awesome experience” she’s had with her tequila line 818, saying, “We have been coming up with the liquid for years now.”
With all respect and with love … the liquid?
