Last week was Sundance Film Festival time, and you know what that means. The stars flooded to Utah, joining our favorite Real Housewives on their home turf to celebrate the latest indie films (and our own “How I Get It Done” series). Actors in attendance included Pedro Pascal, Dylan O’Brien, Victoria Pedretti, André Holland, and so many more. Meanwhile, back in New York, the city was gearing up for Fashion Week. See the bestest party pics of the week below.
Best Denim: Pedro Pascal
What can’t Pascal pull off? From what I can tell, nothing. A funky denim set and he still looks great celebrating his latest film, Freaky Tales, at the cast party at Chase Sapphire.
Best Fur: Lisa Barlow
Utah legend Barlow looked chic in an all-black look, topped off with an oversize fur coat, when she stopped by the Vulture Spot at Sundance.
Best Plaid: Andra Day
Day is casual and cool while joining us (yes, that’s right) at the Cut’s “How I Get It Done” panel presented by Bumble at Sundance.
Best Trio: Victoria Pedretti, River Gallo, and Dylan O’Brien
My new dream trio — Pedretti, Gallo, and O’Brien — sport fur and beanies during the Ponyboi cast party at Chase Sapphire. Convince me you don’t want to hang out with them!
Best Bow: Chloë Sevigny
Looks like bows are still everywhere, and I am still quite the fan. Case in point: Chloë Sevigny at the Feud: Capote vs. the Swans New York premiere, where she showed up in a beautiful white gown and some bold black Christian Louboutin heels.
Best All Gray: Laura Harrier and William Vitiello
Harrier, wearing a lovely tweed gray suit, joined Vitiello in Aspen for the “Winter in White” mountain escape hosted by Net-a-Porter, Mr. Porter, and Brunello Cucinelli.
Best Set: Normani
Normai is a star in a matching sweater set and furry heels at the Freaky Tales cast party at Chase Sapphire.
Best Duo: John Earl Jelks and André Holland
Actors Jelks and Holland sport sleek blazers at Titus Kaphar’s Exhibiting Forgiveness cocktail reception, presented by UTA.
Best Cardigan: Nic Claxton
Brooklyn Nets star Claxton wore one of the season’s hottest trends — a thin white cardigan — at the Kilian Paris Born to Be Unforgettable fragrance launch party in Brooklyn.
Best Boots: Michaela Coel
Coel paired a sleek black dress with chunky boots at the premiere of Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
