Olivia Wilde has risen from the ashes of a contentious custody battle, a rumored feud with “Miss Flo,” and an age-gap fling with Harry Styles and emerged looking absolutely smitten with a new guy. On Thursday night, the actress and director was spotted with fellow actor Dane DiLiegro at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, per the Daily Mail. Though it’s not confirmed whether this was a romantic outing, the duo did look pretty cozy as they watched the Los Angeles Lakers take on the Boston Celtics. At one point, DiLiegro was photographed with his arm around Wilde’s shoulder, while Wilde was later seen gazing into the actor’s eyes.
If you hadn’t heard of DiLiegro prior to this little outing … well, same. Apparently, the 36-year-old played professional basketball overseas for eight years in Italy and Israel before dabbling in acting, as one does. So far, he’s appeared in American Horror Story, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and the Hulu film Prey, in which he starred as “the Predator.” I wonder if it was this photo of DiLiegro getting made up as some sort of troll creature for the Disney+ series The Quest that won Wilde over? It’s certainly doing something for me, although I wouldn’t necessarily call that feeling attraction.
Neither DiLiegro nor Wilde have commented on their rumored relationship, but I have to admit, it’s nice to see the 40-year-old moving on from the chaos that circled her directorial debut, Don’t Worry Darling. On top of spit-gate and the vinaigrette recipe heard ’round the world, Wilde ended her relationship with Jason Sudeikis in 2023 after a seven-year engagement. The former couple also share two children, 7-year-old Daisy and 10-year-old Otis. Plus, if this outing with DiLiegro isn’t platonic, it would mark Wilde’s first major relationship since she and Styles called it quits in 2022. Go Lakers, I guess!
