632 days, 149 shows, 51 cities: On Sunday night, Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour finally concluded. It was the mother of all tours, a whirlwind of costume changes, surprise songs, and celebrity guests. Swift, epic hero, embarked on a two-year journey across the continents, blessing her followers with the gift of pop music. Each arena show spanned ten acts across three hours and opened with a set from one of the next big pop stars. The last show, in Vancouver, featured Gracie Abrams, who joined Swift for a mash-up of their songs “I Love You, I’m Sorry” and “Last Kiss.” “It’s been the privilege of my lifetime to be in Taylor’s orbit, to be in your orbit,” Abrams said onstage.

Now, Abrams — whom you also might know as director J.J. Abrams’s daughter or Paul Mescal’s rumored girlfriend — has just announced her own arena tour for her album The Secret of Us. Next year, she’ll be playing New York’s Madison Square Garden and Los Angeles’s Kia Forum, among other venues. She has a stacked schedule: Abrams will also be the musical guest on Saturday Night Live this weekend, for the penultimate episode of 2024. Next year, she’s up for a Grammy with Swift for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Us.” (While writing the song, the two accidentally set Swift’s kitchen island ablaze.) Her arena tour won’t be the Herculean effort that the Eras Tour was, but if she wants to perform for three hours a night, she certainly has the physique for it.
