Just a few days after Kanye West made headlines when his wife, Bianca Censori, showed up nearly naked on the Grammys red carpet, the troubled entertainer is back to ranting on Twitter. In addition to doubling down on his favorite topics — including his love of Hitler and his hatred of Jews — West is coming out in support of Diddy, who remains in jail awaiting trial for charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.
On Thursday, West tweeted at President Donald Trump asking him to “PLEASE FREE MY BROTHER PUFF.” He followed up the request by announcing the release of a small collaboration with Sean John, Diddy’s now-dormant streetwear brand: three $20 Sean John T-shirts, now available for sale on Yeezy.com. According to West’s tweets, he and Diddy started working on the collaboration before Diddy was arrested in September, and they plan to split the profits.
Since Cassie came forward in 2023, accusing Diddy of sexual and physical abuse throughout their relationship, the mogul has been sued by more than 30 people. It’s not the first time West has shown support for a famous man accused of sexual assault. Back in 2016, he made headlines when he tweeted, “BILL COSBY INNOCENT !!!!!!!!!!” Since then, West’s behavior has only grown more erratic and controversial. While he has previously discussed his bipolar disorder diagnosis and treatment, this week in a new interview on a podcast called The Download, he said he has “come to find that it’s really a case of autism that I have.” He said he hasn’t been taking any medication for his health conditions because he fears “blocking” his creativity.
