The list of things Taylor Swift has in common with the average woman is pretty short. That being said, the one thing she shares with the rest of us is the knowledge that there really is nothing better than going to a restaurant with your best friend and getting into it. That’s exactly what Swift did with Gigi Hadid last night at the Waverly Inn.
The two were papped outside the iconic West Village restaurant while patrons inside sent tips to DeuxMoi. “Just them two in booth, seemed like some gossip was being spilt,” one source wrote. “Lots of giggling and whispering.”
Well, what were the girls gossiping about? Based mostly upon things I’ve been gossiping about with my own friends recently, I have some ideas:
- Wicked. Gigi loved it, but Taylor hasn’t seen it yet due to some residual Cats-related trauma.
- Hobbies. Do they need more of them? Will that make them feel fulfilled outside of work?
- Sabrina Carpenter and Barry Keoghan’s breakup. They are Team Sabrina, obv.
- Is 2025 the year they start a book club?
- What’s going on in South Korea. They aren’t totally sure of the specifics, but it seems really crazy.
I imagine other topics discussed include but are not limited to: what they’re getting their moms for Christmas, their boyfriends, recent purchases they regret, and whether they should split a dessert.
