Since Mary-Kate has been PDA-ing at her usual rate with non-mysterious boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy, the greater mystery here is why anyone would wear a black duster coat in the middle of a New York City heat wave? Forget Mary-Kate’s romantic predilections. That coat is downright perverse.
