Yesterday in Berlin, the former Disney star who recently claimed that her bleached crop changed her life, strutted out onto the streets of Germany en route to an interview. The singer went sexy and a little more mature than usual in a form-fitting, three-quarter-sleeved black leather dress from Jitrois. She added a pair of white Celine pumps, and channeled Rihanna ever more with her bright red talons and buzzed hairdo. Somehow, though, she left heatstroke out of the mix.
