As she told Vogue, “I took a year and a half off from processing it and just started back up again recently. Abby Haliti [at Julian Farel salon] always colors it. I’ve been going to her for years. She does just six pieces total.”
Still puzzling. Why not seven? Why not a quarter head of highlights? Why not half? Is this normcore beauty?
