Last night at the Hollywood premiere of Maleficent, both stars showed up dressed in character: Elle Fanning, who plays Aurora in the Sleeping Beauty remake, opted for an off-the-shoulder, pale blue Elie Saab couture gown suitable for any Disney princess, while Angelina Jolie looked somewhat more sinister in head-to-toe black rubberized silk. The elaborate garment, made by Atelier Versace, featured a lot of shiny black fabric gathered at the right hip, which looked, at the very least, reliably water-resistant.
