Most celebrities tend to perform their dog-walking duties in Uggs, hoodies, and overalls. Anna Dello Russo is not one of them. Yesterday in Milan, the Vogue Japan editor was spotted picking up the poop of her beloved pup Cucciolina in a lovely red floral Dolce & Gabbana summer frock and embellished sandals. In addition to her lime-green poop-bag holder — which matched the leaves on her dress — she accessorized with multiple bags, like any proud, pragmatic mother.
