Last night in Philadelphia, Rita Ora showed up at Q102’s Jingle Ball without a clutch or bag in tow — presumably because her dress featured a convenient, built-in change purse. For the occasion, Ora opted for an asymmetrical, cutout white dress with one sleeve, an exposed sliver of mid-torso, and an intriguing silver pouch protruding from her right rib. The resulting effect appeared both less constraining and roomier than a fanny pack, though you probably wouldn’t want to put too many quarters in there.
