I am so sorry to tell you this but Pete Davidson and Emily Ratajkowski, the comedian and the model recently seen flirting courtside at a Knicks game, are reportedly over. That’s according to an unnamed “Page Six” source, who told the tabloid: “Their fling has moved into the friend zone,” and you know what? That’s “fine with both of them,” supposedly.
On the one hand, this all tracks with what the gossip magazines and EmRata herself have been saying: She just split from her soon-to-be ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard and — according to Entertainment Tonight — was only interested in “dating and having fun with it” when the paparazzi first spotted her hanging out with Davidson in mid-November. She is seeing other people. She recently joined a dating app and talked about that on a podcast. She appears to be seeking something casual.
But Davidson? Who broke up with his most recent ex, Kim Kardashian, around August, not even a year after they were first seen gripping hands at Knott’s Scary Farm? Who loved Ratajkowski’s mind, per Us Weekly, and was rumored to be “slightly bummed” after seeing photos of her kissing other men on dates, just as the sources were saying she and Davidson were “getting a little more serious” and “really enjoying their time together”? Is he fine with this ending? I don’t know, but I hope so, and I wish both of them the best in their future endeavors.
