There was one A-lister who was the unofficial mayor of the 2025 Super Bowl. It wasn’t Taylor Swift, it wasn’t Bradley Cooper — it was Hollywood’s most eligible bachelor, Kevin Costner. The Yellowstone star appeared to be having the time of his life in New Orleans on Sunday night. He hung out with Pete Davidson, took photos with famous women, and refused to keep his shirt buttoned all the way. Who was he rooting for? Doesn’t matter. He’s in it for the love of the game (the game, of course, is being famous and handsome).
Before kickoff, Costner was on the field with Miles Teller, Teller’s wife Keleigh, and Pete Davidson. While the Tellers and Davidson were proudly repping the Eagles, Costner opted for an all-neutrals look. Classy.
Costner eventually made his way up to his seat, where he continued to hang out with Davidson. How beautiful is it to see two ladies’ men from different generations link up? I hope Davidson got to hear some good Whitney Houston stories.
At some point, Costner got up from his seat and started taking photos with women who used to be TV personalities. He posed for a snap with Hoda Kotb, with whom he had remarkable chemistry during a Today show appearance last summer. Their spark was so undeniable that people were apparently coming up to Jenna Bush Hager on the street and telling her she should set them up. For now, however, it looks platonic.
Next up on Costner’s rounds was Kimberly Guilfoyle, Donald Trump Jr.’s ex-fiancée and newly minted ambassador to Greece. Don’t these two look happy as clams? Maybe she told him that she loved Horizon: An American Saga — Chapter One.
What are Costner’s politics? Who is he friends with? Would he ever deny a woman a photo? Who was he even rooting for? These are questions for which we will never get answers. It’s easier just to appreciate Costner’s big night out.
