Taylor Swift loves the Grammys. Every time she goes, she gets lit and dances her ass off. Usually she also leaves with two arms full of awards (she’s won 14 throughout her career), but last night proved that she can have fun even when she goes home empty-handed. While the singer left without an award for The Tortured Poets Department, it didn’t seem to bother her too much. There were too many people to dance with, say “hi” to, and steal clothing from! Here’s what Swift got up to at last night’s Grammys.

She repped the Chiefs on the red carpet

Well, sort of. She wore red. The singer appeared on the red carpet in custom Vivienne Westwood with a thigh chain that had a little “T” charm. For Taylor? Travis? Tree? That’s one secret she’ll never tell …

She got to give Beyoncé an award

Shout-out to the producer who figured that Beyoncé would be winning Best Country Album and got Swift to be the presenter. Who doesn’t want to see the two biggest stars in the world on the same stage, if only for a brief moment? Later, when Beyoncé took home her first-ever Album of the Year trophy, Swift shot up from her seat to start the standing ovation.

She also toasted Jay-Z.

And she got to chat with Blue Ivy

Of the Knowles-Carter crew, this is actually the most important connection to have.

She celebrated her protégé, Sabrina Carpenter

One thing about Swift: She is going to be standing up and dancing while everyone around her is sitting down. Such was the case during Carpenter’s performance, when Swift made sure to hype up Jack Antonoff during “Please, Please, Please,” a song he produced.

And when Carpenter won the Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album, Swift jumped up and jostled Antonoff again.

It was kind of a Wicked-heavy night for Swift, who sat with Cynthia Erivo earlier in the evening. She even got to show off her sense of humor when she held Erivo’s finger/space for the lyrics of “Defying Gravity.”

She danced with Alicia Keys’s son

Keys’s son Genesis is a major Swiftie, and they’ve had several interactions over the years. During the Eras Tour, Genesis got to meet Swift backstage, where she gave him a handwritten letter. Last night, they danced together at the Grammys. How sweet!

She caught Janelle Monáe’s jacket during the Quincy Jones tribute

You can’t see her actually getting the jacket in this video, but she did put it on and wear it for the rest of the night, which is very funny of her.

At some point, she also stole Jack Antonoff’s glasses.

The lesson here is to keep your personal items close when Swift is around.
