Everyone has a breaking point, I guess. Tabloids believe Kanye West and Bianca Censori have reached it, with both the Daily Mail and TMZ reporting that the couple has split and are about to get divorced. But right-wing British pundit Milo Yiannopoulos, speaking as their representative, denied the rumors to the Hollywood Reporter.
Daily Mail had the scoop first, citing a source close to West. The outlet also claimed that the couple has “verbally agreed” that Censori will receive $5 million upon their split. Shortly after, TMZ reported that both parties had reached out to divorce lawyers. The news comes 11 days after West and Censori made a shocking appearance on the Grammys red carpet, where she (styled by West) wore a completely sheer dress with nothing underneath.
What might have been the final straw for Censori? Well, last week, West came under fire for an antisemitic rant on X — his second in the course of three years. On Sunday, he kept going, using his fashion site to market T-shirts with swastikas on them. The site was quickly taken down by Shopify for violating the company’s terms.
Of course, the tabs could be wrong. Last October, TMZ reported that the couple was “possibly headed for divorce” after hitting “a rough patch.” Less than 24 hours after that report, West and Censori were spotted shopping together in Tokyo. A source later told Us Weekly that they were “not divorcing.” And this time around, Yiannopoulos told THR on Thursday, “Ye and Bianca are in Los Angeles, about to enjoy Valentine’s Day together. Announcements about their private life will come from them directly, not unsourced rumor in the tabloid press.”
